Every Monday 545pm-645pm. Gentle Yoga is suitable for all levels including beginners to yoga. This class is based on Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. You are encouraged to steady the mind through the breath and bring your awareness back into your body. The class starts with a short meditation and then carefully works through a varied sequence of Hatha yoga postures providing detailed alignment, and finishing with the stillness of yin yoga. Helping you to leave feeling calmer and centred. As the pace is slower in this class it works well if you are new to yoga, recovering from injury, pregnant, or are feeling stressed and hurried. It is a lovely restorative form of yoga. Chloe is covering this class whilst Nikki is on maternity.
