Juliana offers slow flow and fluid hatha classes for all levels of experience from complete beginner to more experienced practitioner. She likes to focus on nourishing movement, somatic awareness and therapeutic applications of yoga in physical asana practice, breath and meditation.
In class, Juliana’s slow, mindful flows and fluid hatha yoga practices offer a certain radiance and fluidity while encouraging exploration of functional movement and therapeutic applications of yoga to help nourish body, mind, spirit and support an overall balanced sense of well-being accessible to all.
Juliana is a Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher and has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Campus, Triyoga, and the Independent Yoga Network.
