Our Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow class is taught by Peter Ogazi. Peter has been teaching Yoga now for 10 years. The style Peter teaches is Astanga/Vinyasa while incorporating an element of martial arts. So as well as providing the traditional benefits of Yoga such as deep relaxation and a good stretch , Peters classes offer a challenging cardio vascular workout improving strength, body balance and suppleness guaranteeing the classes are both stimulating and enjoyable. This is a 90 min class.
