
Peter Ogazi
Peter has been a practitioner of Yoga since 1999. He completed the 200hr Yoga teacher training at the acclaimed Yoga London schoolin 2011. Registered with Yoga Alliance , in 2018 Peter was upgraded to the status of senior Yoga teacher to recognise his significant experience and expertise . He has been able to share his knowledge of both Yoga and meditation with a diverse range of clients ranging from professional athletes to those with complex health difficulties.
With a background in martial arts Peter came across Yoga in the late 1990s and found that it complimented his martial arts training immensely, bringing with it a finesse, grace and flow which was previously unnoticed. It was after attending Yoga sessions on a regular basis that he came to find that not only did it help in a physical sense, it also brought an awareness and balance in his spiritual and emotional well being.
In addition to his Yoga qualification Peter also completed the Yoga and Pilates in sport cpd course in 2017 hosted by the excellent and well respected Nisha Srivastava. Academicaly Peter has a PGCE in post compulsary education; a BA (hon) degree and is a fully qualified gym instructor and lectures Health and Social care and Public Services in local educational establishments .
