Finding that work / life balance as we transition from summer to winter can sometimes be challenging. We want to be at our best whatever the season, and that requires finding harmony in body and mind, and cultivating a wellness routine that’s just right for you. This is why Yoga Teacher Cat Teague and Personal Trainer Giulia Fenci have teamed up to bring you this lovely Winter Wellness Urban Retreat.
Awaken your body by starting the day with Giulia’s 30 minutes conditioning session, designed for you to practice anywhere, to help you feel strong, get the energy flowing and get you moving and motivated when it’s cold outside and you need it most!
This will be followed by a tea break and a chance for you to get some snacks and have a chat about what you find most challenging during the winter months. May this be lack of motivation, sense of sluggishness, difficulty in handling stress or in finding the best way to nurture your bodies with the correct essentials. We will give you some insight into our tips and tricks on what works best for us, what supplements to use and the small changes to our routine we find help us stay on track and maintain our focus and energy throughout winter.
The final session of the day will be a 75 minute Yin Yang flow, led by Cat, inviting you to come into a quieter space, welcoming harmony and balance into our body and mind through a rejuvenating vinyasa flow (yang). After releasing tensions and letting your body flow with the breath, we will finish with a restorative yin practise nurturing new energy to help you feel grounded and revitalised.
